I live there, and it sucks. The only pepole who would enjoy living here is the 50+ retirement community. . . . It’s the Hamptons for old pepole.

i definitely agree…i live here and it is definitely no hamptons
the beach side is nice but its not so nice to make it on tv
and i do not understand at all why people from palm beach come here, because it is not 50 times as nice as it is there..

I lived there and its nothing like that video sure the rich people live on the island, but its mostly a aging suburb development community, that is destroying hundreds of citrus acres for cookie cutter houses. No more indian river citrus since all the trees are being converted to 1/4 acre homes names after the retention pond of stagnit water in the middle, like “waterford lakes”

you’re exactly right, it’s a real shame… we need more people like you down there… first hale’s groves, then the dodgers and now maybe piper will be leaving…

vero has been my second home for 22 years and it is the last town which isn’t so developed…

all you who complain are totally oblivious to what vero behold, especially the water… the flats down there rival the keys as you go north towards sebastian…

save the groves and the mangroves…

I was born and raised in Vero Beach, lived their 24 years and just let me say, videos like this have helped to DESTROY vero and the natural beauty it USED to hold. I find it very upsetting that the uber rich have skewed the census information and attributed to higher taxes for all and the mis appropriation of funding and dare I say, the screwing of the mainland community entirely.
