Innovative new on-the-go lunch menu
WHAT:Ever been tempted to dine and dash? Well now you can at Cobalt Restaurant. During lunch every Monday through Wednesday, Cobalt will be offering its “Dine and Dash” menu for $20. Tax and gratuity are already included in the bill, so no need to ask for a check – just leave your money and go.
The “Dine and Dash” menu selections include Fried Green Tomato BLT (pimento cheddar cheese, soft roll and fries), Duck Confit Salad (Bing cherries, roasted baby fennel, endive, raspberry vinaigrette), BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich (pickled onions, shredded cheddar, soft roll, coleslaw), Grilled All Natural Sirloin Burger (choice of Swiss, blue or cheddar cheese, kaiser roll, fries, house made bread and butter pickles), and the Heirloom Tomato Flatbread (heirloom tomatoes, organic extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella and basil). All entrees come with a choice of soft drink or iced tea and chocolate chip cookie.
